1. ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS
Orders begin automated processing immediately after checkout.
Because fulfilment starts straight away, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel it where possible.
If dispatch has already occurred, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined below.
Custom-made or print-on-demand items enter production shortly after purchase and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
2. EXEMPT ITEMS (NON-CANCELLABLE)
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Print-on-demand products (including printed tees and phone cases)
• Sealed hygiene products once unsealed
These items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
3. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
You must provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Description of the problem
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:
• A replacement (preferred resolution), or
• A full refund
4. SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Size guides are provided on product pages.
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchase.
Returns due to incorrect size selection are treated as change-of-mind returns and must meet resaleable condition requirements.
5. DELIVERY & LOST PARCELS
For UK customers, goods remain our responsibility until delivered.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
A parcel may be considered lost after courier investigation confirms non-delivery.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to address error or failed delivery attempts, redelivery costs may apply.

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched.
Standard Delivery (Majority of Products)
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local courier handling.
Selected Products (e.g. Phone Cases)
Certain items may have shorter delivery timeframes, such as 2–5 business days after dispatch. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
For UK customers, goods remain the responsibility of Planet Missy until they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate.
For international customers, responsibility transfers once delivery is confirmed at the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate and complete.
4. DELAYS
Delivery may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or courier network delays.
Such delays do not automatically mean a parcel is lost.
5. LOST PARCELS
A parcel may be considered lost if:
• Tracking shows no movement for a prolonged period, or
• The courier confirms the parcel cannot be located.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, Planet Missy will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement parcel is also confirmed lost, a refund will be issued in accordance with UK consumer law.
Courier investigations may be completed before a parcel is classified as lost.
6. CONFIRMED DELIVERY
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
Planet Missy is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered but subsequently reported missing. Customers should contact their local courier in such cases.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Planet Missy is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, redelivery costs may apply.
8. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
